Eligibility for Returns: If your product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, you can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order. Supporting images/videos are required to process your request.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items that are used, damaged due to customer mishandling, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Customised products, personalised décor, or bulk/corporate orders cannot be returned as they are specially crafted for you.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be initiated to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges may apply unless the fault lies with us (defective or incorrect item delivered). Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
